וקתני החובל בעצמו אע"פ שאינו רשאי פטור הכי קאמר ליה לא מבעיא בושת דאדם רשאי לבייש את עצמו אלא אפי' חבלה דאין אדם רשאי לחבל בעצמו אחרים שחבלו בו חייבין
